Yes. Batons require a licence or authority in your state or territory. We contact every customer after they order to check it, and we refund orders we can’t verify.

What happens after I place an order?

We contact you to verify your licence or authority. Your order isn’t dispatched until we’ve done that, and it’s refunded if we can’t verify it.

Which licence do I need?

Requirements vary by state and territory. TacSource can’t give legal advice, so check with your state or territory authority.

What baton sizes do you stock?

We stock batons in 16", 21", 24" and 26" lengths, plus the 50cm ASP Talon. Check each product page for closed and extended dimensions and what’s included.
