Condor FAQ

When will my order be dispatched?

Most Condor items ship from our Brisbane warehouse within 24 hours of order placement. A small number of Condor items ship direct from our US supplier. Check the dispatch timing on this product page or contact us if unsure.

Are these genuine Condor Outdoor products?

Yes. TacSource is an authorised Condor Outdoor dealer for Australia. All products are shipped from official Condor supply channels with full manufacturer warranty.

What's MOLLE compatibility?

MOLLE (Modular Lightweight Load-carrying Equipment) is a webbing system that lets you attach modular pouches, accessories and holsters to plate carriers, packs and belts. Condor pouches use standard MOLLE attachment and are compatible with plate carriers and packs from other MOLLE-compatible brands.

How does Condor apparel sizing work?

Condor apparel uses US sizing. Check the size charts before ordering. If you're between two sizes or unsure, contact us and we'll help match you to the right fit.

What's your return policy?

30-day easy returns on unworn products in original condition with tags attached. Change-of-mind returns require the product to be in resalable condition. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return.

Do you offer bulk pricing for teams and cadet units?

TacSource offers bulk pricing for cadet corps, security services and unit-level orders. Request a bulk quote here.
